For some reason my keyboard hasn't been working since Unibeast started, but my mouse appears to have stopped working since the install started. However, this is a clean install and I don't really have a way to double check that something else hasn't gone wrong. I read somewhere while researching that, when upgrading, sometimes the Yosemite install will hang with a certain number of minutes for literally hours but will ultimately upgrade if you just wait it out. I guess I need to let the 'one minute' last much longer than just 15 minutes. ![]() I forced a restart and the installation didnt work. Click Apple Menu > Select App Store > Click Update next to macOS Sierra in the Update section. Reboot Mac and retry downloading a new macOS Sierra update 10.13/10.13.4. I haven’t had this issue on High Sierra yet, so if this helps, please leave a comment confirming for everyone else. I essentially gave up after about 15 minutes because I trusted the 'one minute' disclaimer. Open Launchpad > Delete ' Install macOS Sierra ' file with a question mark on it.
